At SearchEye, we know how important timely and secure payments are for publishers. That’s why we’ve created a clear payment process that guarantees you'll get paid fairly and on time, while keeping the workflow efficient for both publishers and brands. Below, we outline why we follow a "Payment Upon Completion" policy and how it protects you.

Payment Upon Completion

Why We Pay After Delivery

We’ve implemented a "Payment Upon Completion" policy to make sure the process works smoothly for everyone involved. Here’s why it’s essential:

  1. Efficient Payment Schedule: Payments are processed every Friday (10am) via PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe, etc. For bank transfers and Wise payments, they are processed on the 5th and 20th of each month. By requiring content to be delivered first, we avoid delays for brands and make sure payments are released on time without complications. This keeps everything predictable and efficient.

  2. Guaranteed Protection for Publishers: Every publisher works under a signed agreement that clearly sets out payment terms. This means your payment is secured and protected as long as you deliver the work on time. Our escrow system guarantees you’ll be paid, and there’s no risk of the brand backing out once you start.

  3. Accountability for Both Parties: Brands pay upfront, and their payment is locked in escrow until the content is delivered. This ensures publishers will be paid as soon as the work is completed and approved, and brands get their content before funds are released. Both sides are fully protected.

Why Some Publishers Want Payment Before Delivery

We understand that many publishers are hesitant to deliver content without upfront payment. In this industry, it’s not uncommon for freelancers and small publishers to deal with clients who don’t pay, leaving them chasing payments or even taking content down. We acknowledge this concern and have designed a system that eliminates that risk.

At SearchEye, you’ll never have to worry about chasing payments. Brands pay upfront, and we hold all funds securely in escrow, meaning your payment is guaranteed once the work is completed. No risk of non-payment, no chasing down brands.

How the Payment Process Works

  • Payments are made every Friday through PayPal, Payoneer, Stripe, and other payment platforms.

  • Bank transfers and Wise payments are processed on the 5th and 20th of each month.

  • Once a brand places an order, the payment is held in escrow. You will be paid as soon as your content is delivered and approved.

This structure keeps the process smooth, ensuring brands don’t have to wait for content and publishers get paid quickly.

Secure Payments, No Risk

We know payment security is crucial. That’s why all funds are held in escrow, meaning once you start work, your payment is guaranteed. The brand’s payment is locked, and you’ll be paid as long as the content is delivered and approved.

  • No risk of cancellations: Once the brand orders, their payment is locked in escrow. You’ll never face a situation where a brand cancels an order and avoids payment.

  • Guaranteed payment: Deliver the work, submit your invoice, and you’ll get paid. It’s that simple.

Our payment policy ensures security and efficiency for both publishers and brands. By paying after delivery, we protect both sides while keeping the process smooth. We understand the concerns publishers face, and we’re here to make sure you’re always paid promptly and fairly.
