Publisher Writes Content Guide – How to write and submit your article
Here's how to write, format, and submit your content for brand review.
Find orders that need your content
From your Publisher Orders page, look for orders with a Write Content button on the right side. These are the orders where the brand expects you to write the article.
Review the article pitch and request details
Before writing, scroll down to check the Article Pitch and Request Details sections. These contain the brand's instructions — including tone, topics, required mentions, and any links to include.
Write or paste your article into the editor
You'll see a built-in text editor where you can write your article directly or paste content from an external source.
If you've written the article in a Word document or Google Doc, copy and paste the content directly into the editor. You can clean up any formatting using the toolbar before submitting.
Hit "Submit content" when ready
Once your article is ready, click the green Submit content button in the top right corner of the editor. This sends your article to the brand for review and approval.
What happens next
After you submit, the order moves to the brand's queue for review. They will approve the content or send it back with revision notes. You'll be notified either way.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit after submitting?
Once submitted, the article is sent to the brand for review and you won't be able to make changes directly. If you need to correct something before the brand approves it, contact our support team as soon as possible.
What happens if the brand rejects my content?
If the brand requests revisions, you'll be notified and the order will return to your queue with their feedback. Review their notes, update the article in the editor, and resubmit when ready.
