Managing Your Active Orders via Email

Actions Required
Once a brand submits a request for one of your offers on the SearchEye platform, you will receive an email notification in your inbox.
Publishers have three key actions they can take to advance an order:
Approve or reject pitch requests
Approve or provide feedback on content
Provide the live published article link
Approving Pitch Requests
On the email you receive from SearchEye regarding a new pitch request, click on Review Pitch Request.
Once you are redirected to the Pitch Approval micropage, click on Review Pitch.
A pop up will appear that will allow you to choose the brand pitch you wish to approve. After carefully reviewing, select a pitch and click on Approve pitch.
Approving Content
Once the content has been crafted, you will receive a notification prompting you to review said content. On the email, click on Review Content.
You will be redirected to the Content Approval micropage where you can review the content carefully. Once you are satisfied with the draft, click on Approve/Provide Feedback.
On the pop up that appears click on Yes, looks great!
You will then be prompted to select your expected timeline to publish the article. Simply make a selection and click on Approve content.
Submitting Published Article Links
Once the content is approved and ready for publishing, you will receive a notification prompting you to send the published article link. On the email, click on Send published article link.
You will be redirected to the Published Article Link Needed micropage where you can do a final review of the content. Once you are satisfied with it, click on Send published link.
On the pop up that appears insert your published link URL on the space provided and click on Submit.
