SearchEye's payment process is fully automated — you don't need to manually request a withdrawal. Once your order is published, your earnings are credited automatically and submitted for payment every week — no manual steps required.


Here's how it works, end to end:

  • You publish an order → earnings are automatically added to your account balance

  • Every week, the system automatically queues your available balance for payment

  • Payment is processed and sent out on Fridays.


Where to Find Your Balance

You can see your current credit balance in the upper right corner of your Publisher Orders dashboard.

To manage your payment settings, go to Settings → Payments. This is where you'll find your withdrawable balance, withdrawal methods, and transaction history.


Setting Up Your Withdrawal Method

Before the system can process your payout, you'll need to add a withdrawal method. In the Payments page, scroll to the Withdrawal Methods section and click + Add new withdrawal method.

You'll be prompted to choose between three options: Bank, PayPal, or Invoice

Payment Method Options

We accommodate several payment options for flexibility and convenience:

Bank Transfer via Wise

We process Bank transfers via Wise.

To send a wire transfer to your bank, we will need:

  • Full name of the account holder

  • SWIFT/BIC code

  • IBAN / Account number

  • Recipient Address

    • Country

    • City

    • Complete Address

    • Post Code

Please ensure you have all the necessary bank information ready.

Enter these details accurately in the Payout Info field.

PayPal

  • Input your PayPal ID (@username) in the Payout Info field.

If you need to send a PayPal invoice, refer to the next section.

Invoices

Payments will be processed according to the payment service provider of your invoice (PayPal/Wise).

Make sure to include the Order ID, article title, or live link in the field so we can cross-reference your invoice on our end.

Initiating a Manual Withdrawal Request

We recommend letting the automatic system handle your payouts, but you can also submit a withdrawal request manually if needed.

In your Payments page, click the Withdraw button in the top right corner.

A withdrawal request modal will appear. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw — the modal will show you the applicable fee and the exact amount you'll receive before you confirm.

Once you've reviewed the details, click Submit.

Important Note: Before submitting your request, review all details to ensure accuracy.


Automatic Weekly Payouts Schedule

Every week, the system checks your withdrawable balance and automatically queues it for payment.

  • Cut-off: Tuesday at 5 PM EST.

  • Payout day: Friday

  • Balances submitted after Tuesday's cut-off will be included in the following week's payout.

FAQs

Do I need to do anything to get paid? No. As long as your withdrawal method is configured, credits are added automatically when your order is published and submitted for payment each week.

How often are payments processed? Every Friday. To be included in that week's payout, your balance must be submitted before the cut-off on Tuesday at 5 PM EST.

Is there a fee? Yes — a 5% transaction fee is deducted from each withdrawal before disbursement. You'll see the exact amount reflected in the withdrawal modal before you submit.

Why does it say I have a pending payout request? Only one withdrawal request can be processed per week. Wait until the following week or contact support to cancel and resubmit.

Can I change my request after submitting? Yes — contact support to cancel your existing request, then update your details and submit a new one.
