This guide provides a comprehensive overview for publishers aiming to manage collaboration requests efficiently without leaving their inboxes.
Off-Platform Collaboration Guide
Actions Required
Publishers have four key actions they can take to advance a collaboration request:
Pre-Approve or Reject Collaboration Requests: Decide whether to pre-approve or reject a collaboration request.
Approve or Reject Pitches: Evaluate and approve or reject pitch submissions.
Approve or Provide Feedback on Content: Review content and either approve it or provide constructive feedback.
Provide Published Article Link: Share the link to the published article once it is live.
Notifications from SearchEye
Once a brand submits a request for one of your offers on the SearchEye platform, you will receive an email notification in your inbox.
Locate the email from SearchEye (links@searcheye.io) regarding the collaboration request.
Pre-Approve Collaboration Requests
Pre-approval ensures all details are aligned with your standards, confirming that the collaboration is set to proceed seamlessly.
Review the Request: Carefully read through the details provided in the email to understand the request.
Click to Review: Access additional information about the collaboration request by clicking the 'Review Order Details" button.
Confirm Your Approval: Click the "Pre-Approve Order" button to confirm.
Upon receiving the approval, SearchEye will commence the content creation process.
Providing Feedback
If you have reviewed the details and identified any areas that require revision or deviate from the established guidelines, here's how you can share your feedback:
Click the 'Provide Feedback' button.
Select a Category: From the dropdown menu, choose the category that best aligns with your feedback.
Write Your Feedback: In the description box, share your suggestions or concerns about the request. Providing specific details will help us understand what needs updating.
Submit Your Feedback: After entering your comments, click 'Submit Feedback' to share your insights with the brand.
To maintain efficiency and compliance with publication standards, it is advisable to align the 'Collaboration Requirements' of each offer. These can be updated easily by clicking on 'Set Requirements.'
