This guide will walk publishers through the necessary steps to share their content calendar with us.

How to Submit Your Content Calendar:

  1. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your content calendar.

Adding publishers@searcheye.io to Various Platforms:

Different tools have varying ways to share content calendars. Below is a guide for several popular tools.

1. Notion

  1. Open your content calendar page in Notion.

  2. Click on the “Share” button at the top right.

  3. Under the "Invite to Page" section, type “publishers@searcheye.io” and send the invitation.

2. Asana

  1. Navigate to your content calendar project.

  2. Click on the “Share” icon in the top right.

  3. Add “publishers@searcheye.io” to the "Add members" field and grant access.

3. Google Sheets

  1. Open your content calendar in Google Sheets.

  2. Click on the green “Share” button in the top right.

  3. Enter “publishers@searcheye.io” in the 'Share with people and groups' field and grant "Viewer" rights.

4. Airtable

  1. Access your content calendar base.

  2. Click on the “Share” icon.
